Your shows always have a unique and captivating unpredictability to them; are they scripted, or improvised around a special theme? I have a basic idea set out before I perform them – technical shows that involve bits of magic or illusion have to be rehearsed but I leave the emotion until the moment I go on. So who gets to see them first- or do you just do a performance as the test run? The audience! So tell us about your recently released DVD? Never Trust a Man in a Wig is about 6yrs old – I make a film every year in 24hrs and this is the result – 6 films, made, filmed and edited by me. Is making a DVD something you have always wanted to do? For sure, Im a bit like Katie Price in my head, which is a bizarre visual I know. Can you tell us a bit about EYHO? Where did that come from? We are a collective of artists who promote progressive performance. Each event we celebrate experimental work from the UK’s most pioneering performers & film makers (dont worry you wont have to sit through a fatty bleeding over your your Primark heels - we’re post-90’s). Are there plans to develop EYHO? We are ontour most of this summer in Brighton, Sheffield, Bristol, Edinburgh and London. Its going to be one hell of a year! Do you think anyone can do what you can do? Yes. Is there more to come? What else can we expect from you? I don’t know. If I knew It wouldn’t be special.
