About the Collaboration Programme We are investing in new digital technology for our colleagues so that we can work together in a simpler, more effective way with standardised business systems and communication channels. We are introducing new tools that enable agile team working, including: - a Group Directory of names and details - consistent, shared-working technology via Microsoft Office 365 - automated workflow for standardised business processes - new audio and visual devices in meeting rooms for conference calls, and - an improved room booking system.

Over the next few weeks, the Collaboration Programme will be hosting a series of information sessions and activities for the Trial Group to learn about the new ways of working. Earn points during #ConnectFest by attending the upcoming events, taking part in the Yammer challenges and joining our Learn-its. Check out the leader board on ONE Hub to keep track of how well you’re doing against your colleagues. Secret hashtags will be given out at all events. Collect these to win extra points. You can write them down on page 14. Post on the #ConnectFest Yammer Group when you think you’ve collected them all and someone will be in touch with you.

Become a Collaboration Champion
Level up to earn new badges for your Yammer profile picture and be recognised as an expert in collaboration to your peers. What does a champion do? Role model new ways of working and evangelise the tools and their value across teams Build awareness of tools and solutions through informal communication channels. Support leadership and multiple lines of business through awareness campaigns and engagement events. Provide hands-on support to colleagues and feedback to leadership and the core project team regarding user engagement and adoption. Help colleagues get familiar with tools through ad hoc and informal training. If you’re interested in becoming a Collaboration Champion, ask us in the #ConnectFest Yammer group or at one of the events
