Softball

• In 2021 Jaycee Shaffer hit a homerun at Roff, over their big wall in centerfield and we don’t think it’s landed yet!

• There have been 12 All-State qualifiers.

• During the 2021 season, the Lady Pirates started out ranked 18th and finished #2 as State Runner-Ups! Their motto that year was “Nothing to Lose –something to PROVE!”

This is either the 1st or 2nd Cyri Lady Pirates Softball team. This was the first team photo found in a CHS Yearbook from 1976. The 1st team was in the fall of 1975, but since it was at the end of the year and may have been too late to include in the 1975 yearbook, this could have been that team from the previous year.
