We are excited and humbled by the opportunity to live in one of your masterpieces. We are attaching the map our agent provided so you can get a good idea of what we’re dealing with. The last firm we were talking too suggested that the best way to design this site would be to create large circular buildings. We generally prefer rectangular houses with modern lines (as we saw in the Baths!). Please keep that in mind when you think of our project. Tobey
PZ: Dear Tobey and Jennifer, Attached you will see our proposal for your new home. An emotive space is critical for this project. The site requires the living space be grounded and firm, thus I have provided you with a cementous fortress with penetrations which allow light, air, and planting to flow through. You will find attached a sketch and model photos. PZ
