3D MODELING We develop a 3D Concept of communication. We do 3D representation of surfaces or objects by using CAD-CAE tools and specialized software (Computer assisted Design/ Computer Assisted Engineering). Our staff is highly qualified in PDS, SmartPlant 3D, PDMS, Autoplan, Cadworx.

PRE-COMMISSIONING / COMMISSIONING / START UP OF OIL & GAS PROJECT
Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning of facilities. Revamp of surface facilities. Review of nondestructive testing prior to startup. Mechanical completion of the installation. Development of "punch list" categorized by importance. Preparation of operating procedures. Process stabilization. Initial start-up of facilities. List of suggested spare parts for normal operation. Operator training . Documentation for future reference.

These are very important steps for excellent completion of the project in which there is an overlap between construction and start up. It is very important to incorporate key personnel who will handle the start up in the early stages. PRECOMISONAMIENTO (PRE ARRANQUE) The Pre-Commissioning activities are basically testing or non-destructive testing of mechanical equipment (pipes and fittings), instruments (connections and loop testing), electrical (wiring, connections). Activities include: Verification of process conditions, electromechanical and instrumentation installations. Develop secure start up procedures.

COMMISSIONING Commissioning of the project is the phase where detailed verification of the mechanical completion starts. It includes: Functional reviews of each individual equipment and/or system, mechanical, electrical and instrument control. Preparation construction pending list “punch list”. Loading catalysts and/or fluids. System cleaning, drying, leak verification systems. Functional testing instruments, control loops and everything required to ensure phase "ready for start up “. Dossier preparation of Commissioning (HC -1).

STARTUP This stage includes the start up of all main and auxiliary systems, reach the normal capacity for stable and safe operation. It includes: Test the performance of equipment, systems and sub-systems. Maintain continuous operation to design levels. Programming grades and production quantities according to predetermined requirements. Verify product quality. Run Performance tests. Handover of the facility to operation staff.
