into moto two but Miller was on his tail and surged into the lead. Miller built his lead by the end of the moto while Wise motored on to hold second at the checkered with a bit of a gap over Zack Archer. Fourth and fifth went to Chase Becker and Trevor Lind. Bill Logan jumped out to an early lead in the +40A class with Mike “Big Daddy Luoma pursuing in second. Logan held on for the first two laps under pressure. With Bruce Gates lurking in third something was bound to happen. Gates zapped Luoma and Logan on the next lap to take over and went on to win over Luoma with a nice ride. Logan crossed the finish line for third with Matt Grall and Mark Powers rounding out the top five. Luoma made a dash for the lead in moto two, leading the way for lap one. Gates was on his tail and made the pass on lap two, then edged away over the next few laps while Grall put a move on Pat McNamara to take over third. When the moto ended Gates led by about five

seconds to add to his total of hundreds of moto wins over the years. Luoma maintained second with Matt Powers snatching third on the last lap from Grall and Mark Powers taking fifth. Jesse Jacobsen and Cameron Skaalerud surged to the front as the 85cc 9-12 class hit the circuit for their first moto. Jacobsen led the first two laps under heavy pressure from Skaalerud, then they swapped positions and Skaalerud led with Jacobsen right on his fender until nearly at the end of the last lap, when Jacobsen bit the dirt at the bottom of Collarbone hill. Skaalerud took the win with Jacobsen retaining second and Evan Payer finishing third. Fourth and fifth went to Gavin Tilford and Brandon Espe-Tiegs. Tilford jumped out early to lead the Jacobsen/ Skaalerud duo for the first two laps, but then Skaalerud took control of the race. Tilford had pressure from Jacobsen but held onto second for another lap until dropping back. As the checkered waved it was Skaalerud securing the

win followed by Jacobsen just a ways back. Tilford held third with Payer pressuring him at the finish. Luke Geis improved on his seventh place in moto one to take fifth.
