Moto two saw Thode out front for the holeshot once again, with Mallin and Ruschke right on his tail. Dargis got off to a great start as well aboard his Honda and Aleshire followed. Ruschke applied pressure to Mallin leaving no room for a mistake. Dargis wasn’t letting Ruschke out of his sights, though, keeping within a couple bike lengths at all times. Dargis eventually made his way around Ruschke for third and then set his sights on Mallin. Dargis put the pass on Mallin. Thode finished out the moto with another win, giving him the overall for the day. Dargis went 3-2 for second overall, Mallin 2-3 for third, Stull 4-6 for fourth and Ruschke 7-4 to round out the top five overall. Lots of great racing action went on at the 5th Annual Pro-Am event. Congratulations to Killy Rusk and Shane Sewell for winning big in each of the Pro-Am classes, and getting that big ol’ trophy! The Holloway family puts in a lot of hard work and dedication to make the sport of motocross grow into something bigger and better for the future. Many of are already looking forward to an even bigger and better event next year!
