Great Experiences Great Tours are made of Great Experiences! In Pennsylvania’s Great Lakes Region, we offer so much more than just a tour. Our four counties are a unique blend of rich heritage, outdoor adventure and endless entertainment.

“A Peach of a destination. Get off I-90 exit 24 on Peach Street and find some wonderful surprises in this big city along the shores of Lake Erie. A destination now with a lot of promise….” Vince Bourn - Bus America Group Tours, Rochester, NY

Don’t take our word for it. Take a few moments to read the kind words offered from just a few satisfied travelers. Then, make plans to come and discover why Pennsylvania’s Great Lakes Region is a great touring destination for your group!

“Erie, Pa has all the attractions a group could want and more. I have sold Erie for years and my groups keep asking for more. From Rochester, NY we can do Erie in a day or make it an overnight tour. From cruises, casino, churches, chocolate shops, museums, wineries, and many dining choices, add a step on guide and you can sell to any type of group. Erie is a great destination for Mystery Tours as well.” Cathy Worthington - Carpe Diem Travel, Rochester, NY “Erie is one of the best kept secrets I have found to date. VisitErie did a great job in helping me put together three of our 2 night/3 day trips last year. We already have our bus full for another Erie adventure in September.” Ed Crouch - Ed & Ted’s Excellent Adventures, Hillsdale, MI “Erie has so many great places to experience you have to stay a couple days! “ Amy Brooks - Susquehanna Trailways, Williamsport, PA “Last fall I arranged a group leader FAMiliarization tour with Emily Beck at VisitErie. VisitErie partnered with the Mercer County CVB and provided us with a diverse itinerary and attractions that kept us busy throughout our stay. Our group leaders and I were amazed at how much the region has to offer in the way of attractions, hotels and restaurants. So far we have four groups booked tours to NW PA that include at least one night in Erie in for 2012. Another group booked a shorter tour that includes many of the sites we visited in Mercer County and who will spend a night in Franklin, PA. Other groups are considering booking Erie for 2013. Our thanks to VisitErie and its members for not only making our group leaders welcome but, also for enticing them to come back with their groups!” All-In-One Tours & Cruises, Lancaster, PA “We were more than pleasantly surprised that Erie had so much to offer. We had no idea! Your FAM tour surely convinced us that Erie is the place to bring groups for Mystery Tours, Shopping Tours, Winery Tours, Hub ‘n Spoke, and more! All the attractions & restaurants on the itinerary were great. The people were so nice and friendly and really made us feel that they wanted our business. Everyone rolled out the red carpet for us!” Pinnacle Tours - Inc., Massillon, OH “A great destination that we will definitely incorporate into our touring schedule.” Wade Tours, Schenectady NY
