THUMBS DOWN to the man in an early model white tray back ute who lets his German Shepherd dog do its business under a tree in the park next to the Orange Army barracks. This inconsiderate person watched the dog do its business and didn’t pick up after it. Children often sit and play in the shade of this tree. It’s people like you that make things difficult for responsible dog owners.
