OVERVIEW: Alpha Omega Epsilon is an associate chapter that is a part of Georgia Tech's CPC community and is a social/professional sorority We are a smaller chapter averaging around 50 active members which allows us to have a tight-knit community of women passionate about STEM, but all majors and all year levels are welcome to recruitment Our three main values are Professionalism, Leadership, and Friendship

WHAT TO EXPECT: Over the summer, take the time to fill out our interest form on our website That way, a sister will reach out to contact you and give you some more information/answer any questions you may have! The next step would be to attend one of our info nights! Only attending one of these is required, and it’ll be a casual night (no dress code) to get to know us a little better and meet us for the first time! You’ll also learn more about what recruitment and candidacy look like, and also what it would look like to be an active member

Then we have our four recruitment events: professional night, leadership night, friendship night, and lastly, interview night for eligible PNMs only Each night has a different dress code, but don’t worry too much about them! They’re just to make the nights more fun, so try and come in whatever you have access to

OTHER INFO:

In order to be eligible for an interview, you must have attended one info night, and as many of our recruitment events as possible (we will take attendance into account). However, if there are any time conflicts- don’t worry!- just please reach out to our Director of Recruitment as early as possible and we’ll work it out for you :) We have no application fees for our recruitment process, but if you are extended a bid and accept, you will have to pay our dues. Dress code for the respective recruitment nights (professional, leadership, friendship): business casual, an outfit you feel the most confident in, an outfit you love that reminds you of a favorite memory
