OVERVIEW: Sisterhood is the third round of recruitment where you will attend up to four houses for 40 minute parties This round is all about potential new members getting to experience the true essence of sisterhood within a sorority through deeper and more intentional conversations

WHAT TO EXPECT: Sisterhood round is about finding a sense of belonging and discovering a sisterhood that aligns with your own values and aspirations During this round, you'll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations and activities that showcase the values, traditions, and bonds that make each sorority unique You can anticipate meeting passionate and supportive sisters who are eager to share their experiences and create connections

TIPS & TRICKS: This round typically includes a facility tour at each house you attend Because of this, many potential new members opt to wear sandals, flats, or wedges as opposed to high heels since you can expect to walk up several sets of stairs in addition to the distance between houses If you do choose to wear heels, feel free to bring a change of walking shoes in your bag to wear when walking in between houses

Do I think I could be my authentic self around the members of this chapter?

What does sisterhood mean to be? How does each chapter define and describe their sisterhood?

What actions do these members take to continuously build and strengthen their sisterhood?

How would these individuals be able to help me transition through college?

Can I truly envision myself spending time with these members? Can I see myself being in the same new member class as them?

Which house will best challenge me to grow while supporting me along the way?

Round 3 is nice and cute attire, one step nicer than Round 2 attire. Wear clothes that you would wear to a nice meal with your family, or a family member’s graduation ceremony. Skirts, dresses, rompers, jumpsuits, or nice pants and shirt are recommended. Sandals, flats, platforms, wedges, or other nicer shoes with or without a heel are appropriate for Round 3. Keep in mind you will still be walking long distances, so we recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes for in-between parties
