As Marketing Manager of Fire & Ice, I looked after 3 brands offering summer parties, Christmas parties and event production. I managed a small team and all elements of the marketing mix including website copy, SEO, PPC, design of adverts and media packs, email marketing and promotional events. Key Achievements: • Increased website traffic to Office Christmas from the key territories, London and Manchester, by 40% and 20% respectively. • Improved visitor interaction with the Office Christmas website (20% increase in pages / visit and increased visit duration by 10%). Achieved highest ever Office Christmas conversion rate through PPC advertising with some ads converting at over 8%, increasing new visits by 483% and increasing enquiries by 472%. • Relaunched social platforms with fresh campaigns to achieve over 780% increase in Facebook likes and almost 2,500 Twitter followers resulting in a social traffic increase of 70% to Office Christmas. • Through re-marketing and email campaigns I have gained an additional 35,000 website visits to Office Christmas. • For Theme-Works I wrote the specification for the new site to have more of an e-commerce feel and successfully launched the platform which compared to the previous site increased average visit duration by 21% and increased pages/visit by 32%.
