The Board of Trustees’ password-protected online access to the Trustee Communication Portal (TCP) site at https://trustees.cuny.edu/ provides digital access to the draft agendas – including action items, supporting documents and presentations for all upcoming standing committee meetings in a meeting month. The illustration below gives an overview:
Trustee (and other) committee members receive an email when their committee agendas are posted on the TCP. After entering a username and password, they will be able to view all the draft agenda and documents that pertain to the committees they serve on.
