First Steps to Employment Programme Yet more success to report for our young people as we offer our congratulations to Chloe Birdsall, aged 20. Chloe came to Cumbria Youth Alliance in November 2018 and joined The First Steps to Employment Programme looking for support to develop her skills and experience and she aspired to work towards a job in administration or a related field. Chloe demonstrated great enthusiasm when offered work experience at Jansen Travel and made such a good impression that she has secured a Business |Administration Apprenticeship Level 2 with Jansen Travel and hopes to progress onto project management in the future.
