As always we had lot’s of great work submitted by our members and our 4 jurors took great care in deciding the top 50. This year we added a video category and there is beautiful, thoughtful work there as well.

Rob Haggart is the former Director of Photography for Men’s Journal and Outside Magazine. He is currently the editor and founder of the popular photo industry blog aPhotoEditor.com and the founder and CEO of PhotoFolio.com, a software company that allows photographers to build stunning portfolio websites. His clients are industry-leading editorial and commercial photographers worldwide who regularly receive awards for their website’s design. Rob works remotely from Durango, Colorado where he spends his free time skiing and mountain biking with his wife and two children.

Jemma Dilag (they/them) is a fine art photographer, self-published poet, and photography consultant. Jemma’s work explores gender and ethnic identity, mental health, and relationships using poetry and imagery. Previously a Creative Consultant at Wonderful Machine, Jemma has worked with photographers of various specialties and at all stages of their career in achieving their professional and creative goals. They have successfully helped photographers grow their portfolio and expand their client base by aligning photographers’ values with their dream goals. These days, Jemma works at CoStar Group as a Photography Manager.
Jesse Dittmar is a portrait photographer working with The New York Times, The Washington Post, and brands like Apple and Hulu. The New Yorker, People, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, and New York Magazine have all published his work. He has photographed the most accomplished figures of the 21st century, including Denzel Washington, Tom Brady, Serena Williams, Tom Hanks, Patti Smith, David Letterman, the Star Wars cast, and hundreds more. Typically using black and white film, Jesse’s photographs invoke a sense that one is standing in front of the subject along with him. He humanizes our most renowned figures and equally photographs those who are not famous. His portraits are iconic in their simplicity and intimacy.
