Formal Recruitment In the fall, CPH has Primary Recruitment. Primary Recruitment is a mutual selection process that allows potential members the opportunity to become acquainted with as many sororities as possible so they may make informed decisions concerning membership. During Primary Recruitment, prospective members will meet and talk to members of the chapters in the Panhellenic community. To join a Panhellenic sorority and participate in recruitment, prospective members must register at enroll.icsrecruiter.com/pan/clbstu. There is a $35.00 non-refundable fee to complete your registration.
Day one: Philanthropy Night During the first night of recruitment, you will visit each chapter for 30 minutes. Conversations will be short and light-hearted. Make sure you tell the sisters about yourself, and feel free to ask questions about the sorority and Greek life in general. During this time, the chapters will discuss the nonprofit organizations they support, the events they host, and the financial obligations of their chapter. We highly encourage you to maintain a positive outlook throughout all the chapter visits and do not set your mind on one chapter before or during recruitment. Remember, the chapters want to ensure you find the perfect fit! Keeping an open mind is the best way to ensure you go to the chapter where you are the most comfortable. You will want to wear something casual and comfortable. This will be the longest day of recruitment!
