Navigation and use of the Health Identifier Service • Log in to PRODA • Go to HPOS • Select Programs • Open the Healthcare Identifier tab • Opening page - select the location from which you are working from locations listed • Land on the Directory page • From the Directory, select My organisation details • Nia you want to switch locations: use the Network Map to navigate to the other locations From the Organisation Details – Organisation Snapshot – you can manage multiple functions for the organisation From left to right the function of the tabs:
Summary
• Shows the current ABN/ ACN details • The Responsible Officer • Date of registration with the HI service • Organisation ownership details can be completed by the selection of the function from this
Select the Summary tab to see a snapshot of the organisation's details. •
Select Add Organisation, Deactivate Organisation, or Complete a Change of Ownership as appropriate
