Building Regulations certificate

CR Smith is proud to guarantee that all installations of Lorimer tiled sunrooms meet, as a minimum, the exacting standards of Building Regulations (Scotland) at the time of your installation. This includes: energy conservation, safety glass, fire escape, safe cleaning, ventilation, permissions and warrants, structural engineers certification.

Product & installation guarantee

The Lorimer guarantee covers parts, products and workmanship for a full ten years. All electrical items and flooring are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. We will never hesitate to honour our obligations under its terms and our dedicated customer service team will handle your queries quickly and efficiently.
