The Madison 2212 design with Masterton façade is a modern and contemporary home that is ideal for young families. The arbor entry adds immediate interest to the streetscape. The home itself, sports three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas that radiate off the centrally located kitchen and butler’s pantry. Additional features such as a separate powder room and outdoor alfresco area complete the entertainment suite.

The Prague home flows through a formal entry, with the master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite to one side and access to the double garage on the other. The entry leads through into a lounge and study/bedroom/media room. A separate living and dining area flank the open-plan kitchen, laundry and butler’s pantry. From the moment you enter the kitchen your eye is attracted to the feature curved cook top/range hood recess with tintedmirror splashback that is mounted inside the black standalone cabinetry tower. This tower not only extends floor to ceiling, it creates the division between the kitchen and walk in pantry, as well as housing the linear slots for the air conditioning system. The tower is minimalistic with no handles. It is designed to be in total contrast to the island bench that consists of white vinyl cabinetry in satin finish. The fridge recess is on the side of this tower meaning the fridge is not in direct line of sight.

The lower living zone of this home is resort style with open-plan living at its finest. The kitchen is a modern, minimalist design with handleless cabinetry doors and drawers. The black Miele appliances and black sink mixer provide a beautiful and dramatic contrast to the white cabinetry and Caesarstone benchtops.

To create a more light-filled space on the mid-level, a skylight was installed that provides a vast light well that extends down to the mid-level providing both light and warmth to the dining/living space. The open alfresco courtyard is a further extension of this mid-level entertaining zone that features an open plan perimeter seating/ planter box arrangement that is fully tiled with built-in barbecue facilities as well. The open courtyard adjacent to the middle living zone is one beautiful area and there is another balcony adjoining the upper level theatre/gym room that is covered with synthetic grass that enjoys both the glorious morning sun and views over the diverse city landscape.
