SEXUAL MISCONDUCT POLICY Title IX Last Updated August 14, 2020 The policy describes the Crown College commitment to ensuring the campus, its activities and programs are free from sex discrimination. This applies to the following forms of sex discrimination, collectively referred to in this document as “sexual misconduct’: sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking. This policy outlines the commitment to end sexual misconduct, prevent reoccurrence and address its effects. It provides steps for recourse for individuals whose rights may have been violated, the procedures for determining if a policy violation occurred, remedies for those allegedly violated, and sanctions for individuals who have been determined to have violated the policy. The policy includes an appeal process of the stated determination.
