Calendar for the Autumn Term 2020

Normally parents are most welcome to attend events marked ^ but please see below.
We have planned for most of our regular Autumn Term on the basis that it is easy to un-plan than to make last-minute arrangements. At the time of compiling the calendar (July 2020; revised 19 th August 2020) Government guidance is that there should be no large gatherings outside established pods. This means that, regrettably, parents may not attend events at school, e.g. inter-house sports matches, concerts and plays. For ease of administration in these uncertain times, this Calendar combines entries for the Prep School (Nursery to Year 6) and Senior School (Years 7 and 8). Sports fixtures with other schools are not permitted for schools currently. We have cancelled these up until half term but have kept them as calendar entries in case the situation changes quickly. For the time being, parents may not enter the Quad or any of the school buildings, except School Reception in the White Building but this must be by prior arrangement. We will be making arrangements to stream concerts and plays to parents if this situation remains. To minimise changing room use, for the time being, pupils in Years 5, 6, 7 and 8 should come to school on WEDNESDAYS in their games kit, with trainers. No games kit can be left in school. PE and Swimming kits can be kept in year group storage areas or classrooms. Pupils in Years 3 and 4 should come to school in games kit, with trainers, on FRIDAYS.
