About Crimson Kindness The goal of Crimson Kindness is to create a community of kindness by engaging in acts of kindness on The University of Alabama campus. Officers Since this is a new organization, it is crucial to have motivated and responsible leaders. These individuals must be innovative and exhibit personal integrity while promoting the organization’s goals. Officers are expected to fully participate in ALL initiatives and activities to the best of their ability. It is the responsibility of all officers to hold one another accountable to their commitments regarding the organization. All officers are expected to lead by example by being ambassadors of kindness.This is an emerging and developing organization; there is a potential need for other officer positions that are currently unknown. For those with a particular role in mind, please indicate your interest on the online Leadership Application.The following are the current officer positions and descriptions for the first term of the organization.

Members must fill out the online leadership application to be elected for a position. Officers will be elected by those who attend the first meeting.
Innovation Team The purpose of the Innovation Team is to facilitate and assist with the founding and initial startup of the organization. The opinions and ideas of members on this team will be valued highly by officers. The necessity of this team will be considered on yearly basis. Members of this team would serve well as future officers. Members will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Applicants must fill out the online Leadership Application for the 10 spots available on this team.
