/MARK DAVID LLOYD Starting off as a graffiti artist in the mid-80’s, artist Mark David Lloyd went on to study fine art at the Falmouth School of Art, the Slade School of Fine Art, and Winchester School of Art. Not one to shy away from addressing topical issues and philosophical ideas, Mark’s works are bold, expressive and always come with a healthy dose of drama and impact. Influenced by postmodern philosophical concepts, scientific theory and science fiction, his work is a visual manifestation of thought experiments. His more recent themes include; transhumanism/posthumanism, the impact of modern technology on the human psyche and the loss and rediscovery of God amongst others.
