Survivor Outreach Services (SOS), 2703 Michigan Ave. ACS is an important part of the Army’s program to assist Soldiers and their Families in meeting specific needs. Offering a wide variety of programs tailored to assist Army Families living both on and off post; ACS is the go-to place for answers to your questions, concerns, and assistance with issues facing military Families. The following are ACS programs: Army Emergency Relief (AER), Consumer Affairs Office (CAO), Financial Planning Office, Family Advocacy, New Parent Support, Victim Advocate, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR), Relocation Readiness, Lending Closet, Information & Referral, Outreach, Employment Readiness Program (ERP), Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Army Volunteer Corps (AVC), Army Family Action Plan (AFAP), Army Family Team Building (AFTB), Survivor Outreach Services (SOS), and Mobilization and Deployment. The ACS motto is “Real Life Solutions for Successful Army Living.” ACS is dedicated to supporting Army Families.

(270) 412-6000/8804 2433 Indiana Ave. The SFAC offers transitional support and services to Warriors in Transition and their Families. They offer on-site services such as military finance, information referral, financial counseling, education, chaplain, legal, CYSS with on-site child care, ACAP, AW2, TSGLI/CRSC, and more in their new facility. They work closely with each Soldier or Family member to determine their individual needs. Let the Soldier and Family Assistance Center provide support and assistance to help you accomplish your goal of success and well being within the military and beyond.

(270) 956-2935 1501 William C. Lee Road (inside Gate 1) The FRC provides free services for Family Readiness Groups (FRG), Soldiers, and their Family members. For their benefit, the FRC provides class rooms to host a variety of FRG functions, FRG mailboxes, computers with internet capabilities, copy machines, fax machine, a digital sender, and an ice machine. A unique feature of the FRC building is our in-house childcare room, provided by Kids On Site (KOS). To utilize this service in conjunction with your FRG Meeting or for more information, please call (270) 956-2935. The FRC is home to many Army Community Service (ACS) Family programs to include: Army Family Team Building (AFTB), Army Family Action Plan (AFAP), Army Volunteer Corps Coordinator (AVCC), Mobilization and Deployment (Mob/Dep), Family Advocacy Program (FAP) and the Military Family Life Consultant (MFLC).
