We love the excitement of seeing who wins the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final, so we couldn’t wait to join 1,300 of the industry’s biggest names and head to Battersea Evolution. There we witnessed the ever-cheeky Nick Grimshaw, a huge catwalk, enormous video screens and the buzz of brilliant video and music content, too. The final is a wonderful way to start the summer with salon owners and their teams taking time to toast everyone’s talent. What also gets those tummy butterflies fluttering are the shows – over the years there have been some jaw-dropping moments, and you can chalk 2017 up to another one for the record books. First was the Expression of Colour Collective – Siobhan Jones of Headmasters; Skyler McDonald from Skyler London; MJ Farmer of Rush Hair; Sarah Clarke-Lees from Saks; Grace Dalgleish of Brooks & Brooks and Andria Kaisharis from Fowler35 – illustrating the vibrantly creative possibilities with #COLORFULHAIR, the new colour launch from L’Oréal Professionnel.
