Groupings are formed in this manner and self-organising area-based retrofits are initiated.
Up-grade is a concept for an independent platform where individuals can share their stories and experiences of retrofit installers and schemes helping to improve familiarity with the process. Hearing other people’s experiences of their retrofit – what they had done, their levels of satisfaction, savings and comfort benefits, ranked along a simple star rating scale could improve consumer confidence. Likewise, rating of installers could ensure higher standards and would promote competition.
