• Using marks on darker coloured porcelain are more visible than on lighter colours;
• Using marks can appear due to the matt finish, but most of them disappear after cleaning the item by hand or machine washing.
WHITE-GOLD, GOLD TABLEWARE

• Not microwave-, and dishwasher safe due golden colour;
• Always wash any new purchases before use;
• We advise handwash only due to the golden colour;
• Don’t use abrasive detergents;
• Using marks can appear due to the gold finish but most of them disappear after cleaning the item by hand or machine washing.
GLASSWARE

DECORATIVE GLASS

CUTLERY
• The stainless steel part quality is 18/10, meaning it contains 18% chrome for durability and protection against corrosion and 10% nickel for lustre and resistance to high temperatures. The knife blades contain 13% chrome and no nickel, ensuring a longer lasting, sharper edge;
• 100% food safe;
• Before the first use wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft towel;
• We advise hand wash only, to contain its black colour;
• A higher chromium content gives stainless steel knife blades the necessary sharper edge: however, this also makes them more susceptible to corrosion. Please take extra care with these implements;
• Never leave stainless steel cutlery to soak or in damp conditions as this can cause staining which will require polishing to remove;
• To restore the cutlery’s shine and to remove any staining use stainless steel polish and a soft dry cloth; don’t use abrasive detergents.
METAL ITEMS
• Vases, candle holders and photo frames can be cleaned by using a dry or damp cloth;
• Refresh water in metal vases every week;
• Use protection underneath metal vases when using water to protect your furniture against humidity due to temperature difference;
• Our metal products are handcrafted. Variations in size, finish and colour may occur.
TABLE & KITCHEN TEXTILES
• Please wash textiles separately the first time;
• Follow the general cleaning and care instructions of the care label on each product.
WOODEN PRODUCTS
• All items are made of Mango Wood;
• 100% food safe (dry food only);
• Wood has naturally anti bacterial properties;
• Wooden plates need special care to prevent warping and cracking. Wood is porous and it absorbs moisture. When it dries out, the wood may get rough;
• Wipe wood immediately after use with a sponge or paper towel moistened in cold water. Make sure it dries properly and completely before storage. In drying process it is suggested to air dry, not under direct sun;
• If the item is very dirty, wash it with washing detergent and a soft sponge, afterwards clean with moistened towel. Let it dry properly before storage;
• Do not let it soak in water and never put it in the dishwasher;
• Our wooden products are handcrafted. Variations in size, finish and colour may occur;
• Sustainability: First the tree will be used as a fruit tree, once they produce less fruit it will be chopped to wood. This creates a sustainable cycle of plantation and harvest.
