We want to bring back trust in the energy market, by putting our actions and money where our mouth is. All corporates talk about ‘great customer service’. Many of these statements are not worth the paper they are written on. We don’t want to talk about it. We have designed the business to demonstrate in every action we take that you, the customer, matters. That what matters to you matters to us. That’s why we want to offer you ownership of your own energy and give you back the money we make. Profits should go to you. Not to Fat Cats, not to Pension Funds – to you! It is also why there will be no hiding behind mistakes. No corporate greed hidden behind spin and pretense. The planet’s survival is vital for the survival of us and the next generation. We want to help look after it, not exploit it. Hence why 100% of our electricity comes from renewable sources.
