CITY APPROVALS Current Hearing Examiner and City Attorney are the same oďŹƒcials who approved the previous project. We are working with City of Arlington Planning Department on a new urban village ordinance. Troy Davis (City Planner) is writing the new ordinance for an urban village with (ll) lots per acre. The new ordinance should be written by this winter and the public process should be completed by spring 2016. Troy likes the project and is very helpful, supportive and great to work with.

COMMERCIAL LOTS There are 3 commercial lots on the Centennial Trail along 67th Avenue N.E. A total of 21,722 Sq. Ft. of retail space. Lots are available to owners, tenants or investors. Lot 1 dimensions will change after the State adds a roundabout an re-routs a stream. Lots 2 and 3 will remain the same. Lot 3 is granting an easement for the water retention vault on the project.
