GOAL 4 BENCHMARKS
• We increase the quantity and quality of staff and board service on mission-compatible committees, boards, panels, and initiatives • We lead innovative programs in other national and International locations and we collaborate with others to bring crucial conversations to the North Country • We host mission-compatible organizations and programs on-campus, which increases opportunities for cultural exchange • We define “Craigardan-ness” and articulate how it functions to leverage collective creativity for social good
• We develop durable relationships with program alumni with the intention to create exponential impact through continued learning and action • We identify the qualities we want to see in the world and how “Craigardan-ness” supports this vision • We identify the biases inherent in this vision and work to disrupt those biases • We are able to provide quantitative and qualitative evidence of regional systems change due, in part, to our work
