GOAL 2 BENCHMARKS

• We support an annual roster of artists-inresidence who are culturally, geographically, and artistically diverse • We seek out prospective residents for their ability to expand our knowledge and direction

• We offer an abundance of on-campus events, courses, and workshops to the public which highlight our growing community of artists and scholars and introduce new skills, ideas, and possibilities to participants • We create space for learning and outreach across disciplines with staff, residents, the

local public, and Indigenous groups that inspires new ways of thinking • We design the farm as an open learning space that is welcoming and accessible to all people • We articulate our agricultural values based on agroecological principles and continued learning • We develop and offer farm-integrated programs that establish Craigardan as a valuable resource within the local food system
