In 2005 Jacob founded Complete Property Solutions (CPS Property) and is the driving force behind the ongoing success and growth of the company. After working for some of Australia’s largest accounting and financial planning firms Jacob quickly recognised the importance of balancing excellent investment advice with outstanding service. Jacob has skilfully developed an experienced team of property professionals to support the acquisition and management of residential investment property throughout Australia. With innovative ideas, solid research and sheer determination Jacob has won the confidence of the market place. Jacob’s intelligent and insightful approach both to business and to his clients are the cornerstone of our service delivery promise.

Shaun joined CPS Property as a partner in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience and operational discipline from a long established career with multinational corporations such as Price Waterhouse, Deloitte and Corporate Express. After igniting his property investment desire in 2000, Shaun knew that he was destined to follow his aspirations to work and thrive in the industry that he is truly passionate about. In his role as Director, Shaun continues to drive and focus on talent, processes and marketing, while ensuring CPS Property utilises the latest technologies to remain as industry leaders. Shaun is constantly motivated to develop a customer centric property investment advisory business that builds long term wealth for investors.

PROPERTY SELECTION PROCESS CPS Property has developed a Property Investment Index (PII) that has been refined over many years to determine the expected performance of a property. Our PII determines if a property meets our benchmark for selection in order to gain the CPS Property stamp of approval. Our track record speaks for itself; the high selection criteria we set ensures only properties that meet our two key objectives of capital growth and yield are presented to clients.

We ensure a consistent level of service Australia-wide by overseeing our specialist network of property managers, who share the same values and service standards we set. Properties that have passed our stringent PII (Property Investment Index) ensure that we are attracting a high calibre of tenants, which supports our service delivery proposition of a maximum rental return, as well as minimum vacancy risk for our investors. Having incorporated the leading Agentplus system as our software platform, allows all stakeholders – landlord, property manager and tenants – to track and monitor their property in real time. Our dedicated interactive portal gives full transparency and visibility for landlords 24 hours a day. One of our key differences to our competition is our First Tenant Guarantee. We understand that initial cash flow is crucial to investors, especially the period immediately after settlement.
