shall have knowledge of The sources of law The judicial system The consequences of stating fraudulent misrepresentation when forming an insurance contract as well as the rules on intentional and negligent inducement of the insurance event Invalidity and right of cancellation The rules of the Danish Holiday Act on accrued and spent holidays Reconstruction and amiable composition Guarantee Charge of movable property, including motor vehicles and floating charge as well as acts of perfection The options of acquiring secured claims, including the rules on acts of perfection of the Danish Bond’s Act
