Above: Autotrim Endpods have milling units built into them. When performing edging on edges with square corners, these pods automatically perform and end trim while the head is traversing to the next panel. The principal of Simultaneous Processing is maintained, meaning exceptional cycle times and simplicity.
Right: Glue System showing the glue application nozzle. The Vector Revolution 180 uses a cartridge and nozzle system to apply the glue to the band. The glue is controlled to the width of the panel and hence the overhanging band which is trimmed remains free of glue resulting in better trimming performance.

Complex shapes are nested on a flat bed router prior to being processed in the Vector Revolution 180. There is no requirement to cut the panel into a rectangle first.
