Summer Sensations

A new season is coming and it seems the warm, worry-free days of summer are more needed than ever. The winter has been extra challenging for many, so we welcome the light to cheer us up. We crave fun times, we want to pack our responsibilities away, and just live, laugh and enjoy the moment with our loved ones.

Our SS23 collection seeks to bring light, warmth, and playfulness back into our lives.

The color palette is a mix of calm, earthy tones that bring tranquillity; beautiful hues of blue and green that energize us, connects us with nature and provide a feeling of optimism and hope; and lovely pastels that add a warm and playful element, perfect for a relaxed and laid-back summer.

We still seek to express our own personality and create a unique home by mixing new and old and introducing a variety of colours, textures, and patterns. This summer we introduce three new marble coffee tables with gorgeous, unique markings; soft cushions with bold flower embroidery and detailed stripes; beautiful rattan baskets with intricately hand-shaped patterns; candles in a variety of decorative shapes and sizes; as well as a new handmade glass lamp with a beautiful swirl effect, each piece being one-of-a-kind. We’ve focused on creating a collection that feels extra soft and welcoming, which our new stone-wash cotton bedcover and jacquardwoven Chenille yarn cushion covers are a testament to.

Cozyness should extend from the inside-out. That is why we offer only the best inner cushions which ensure that our cushions feel soft to touch and look great. All Cozy living inner cushions are made in Denmark from a chemical-free, OEKO-TEX® certified cotton cover filled with European duck down and feathers and comply with strict EU requirements on animal welfare. We only use excess feathers and downs from the poultry industry, Not from birds that are picked alive. Mango wood the more sustainable wood option

Mango trees grow relatively fast taking roughly 15 years to reach full productivity (in comparison, oak trees take around 75 years). At this point they begin to produce less fruit or stop altogether. Once this happens, the trees are felled. As Mango farmers plant new trees every 7 to 15 years, before the older trees become barren, it creates a sustainable cycle of plantation and harvest, with only the less ‘fruitful’ trees being felled. TERMS & CONDITIONS

WELCOME TO COZY LIVING

We are grateful for your order and the trust you have placed in us. We will do everything in our power to meet your expectations and hope for a long-lasting and successful partnership.

ORDERS

When a customer places an order with Cozy living A/S (onwards ‘Cozy living’), the order is binding. Once Cozy living has sent the written order confirmation or proforma invoice, a binding agreement for the delivery of goods has been established. Cozy living reserves the right to make changes to the order, in case the goods are not in stock, are delayed, have been discontinued or similar.

SHIPPING (IMMEDIATELY)

If no other instructions are provided by the customer upon placing the order, Cozy living will confirm and ship the order immediately. By placing an order with Cozy living, the customer waives their right to make any changes to the order unless they specificly note this on the actual order and not in a separate email.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

The delivery time specified on the order confirmation by Cozy Living is an estimate made to the best of Cozy Living’s knowledge and is therefore non-binding for Cozy living. The date is an estimate for when the goods will be available in the Cozy living warehouse and not when it will actually arrive at the customer. The delivery lead time varies from country to country.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, the delivery will take place at the address designated by the buyer. The shipment of the order will be handled by a shipping company designated by Cozy living. For specific freight/delivery rates, see appendix.

Cozy living aims to deliver the ordered goods as a complete order but reserves the right to make partial deliveries. The delivery will take place at the first curb at the specified delivery address, where the delivery truck is able to park and unload. Any shortages or damages on the pallet must be reported to Cozy living within 24 hours of receiving the pallet. Claims for shortages or damages reported after this period will not be accepted. To ensure that your rights are protected, it is important to make note of any visible damages on the pallet at the time of receival on the driver’s delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your right to make a claim.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If the goods have not been received within 8 days after the invoice has been sent, the buyer is obligated to inform Cozy living within 8 days. If the buyer fails to do so, they will lose the right to claim any missing delivery. If the buyer changes the

delivery address on an order after the goods have been sent, Cozy living has the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 15% of the value of the total order.

BACK ORDERS

If products on small orders or back orders are not suitable to be shipped as individual parcels, they will be shipped together with your next delivery in order to prevent any damage and extra cost.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer 14 days net payment terms to all customers which are approved by our insurance company. For customers that can not be approved for a variety of reasons, we kindly ask for prepayment of the order. Cozy living reserves the right to retain ownership of the goods sold until the full purchase price, including any interests and costs, has been paid, subject to the limitations imposed by mandatory legal rules.

OVERDUE PAYMENT

If the customer fails to make a full payment by the specified due date, a default interest of 2% will be charged for each month starting from the due date until payment is made. Any payment default on the part of the customer will be considered a material breach, and Cozy living will have the right to stop any further deliveries to the customer.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

Cozy living shall assume product liability in accordance with current applicable legislation but shall not assume any liability in excess of what is provided by Danish law. In no event shall Cozy living be liable for operating loss, loss of profit or any other indirect loss.

FORCE MAJEURE

Cozy living is only liable for direct loss to the buyer and shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including loss of profit, claims from the buyer’s customers due to lack of or defective delivery, etc.

Cozy living shall be released from any obligation to the buyer resulting from circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the agreement or make it excessively burdensome, including labor conflicts and any other circumstances that Cozy living is not in control of, such as fire, war, seizure, currency restrictions, rebellion and disturbances, lack of transport, general shortage of goods, restrictions on power and shortages or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers due to any of the circumstances mentioned in this paragraph or other cases of force majeure.
