Special Resolution: Change of By-Laws Pat had determined at the beginning of the meeting that we have a quorum for voting purposes. Clara presented and reviewed the By-laws and proposed changes. Sybille Manneschmidt questioned the Classification of Membership as a resident may not always be a citizen. There may be legal restrictions. Clara continued the review and asked if there were any further questions regarding the By -Laws. Motion that the existing Bylaws be repealed and replaced with the new Bylaws as presented, made by Clara Yagos/seconded by Charlotte Rockwell. Motion Carried.
