ECA 87Y is an impressive example of a beef bull. 87Y is one of the most heavily muscled, deepest, thickest bulls to walk our pastures. As a yearling, he set himself apart with extra hind quarter& easy fleshing. We used him for 2 breeding seasons before he was sadly lost on pasture. His 14-Yr old donor dam has perfect feet & legs, perfect udder structure still, & the thickness & power OCC Anchor daughters are know for. All calves here born unassisted to heifers & cows.

MH Tubby 56 was a sound-footed aggressive breeder. Pictured here at 10 years of age. Tubby moderates cattle and adds huge rib capacity. His sire Lodge of Wye was born in 1963 & is the only bull known to be defect-free. Tubby was the only living son of Lodge in Canada. Tubby sons will bring you rugged, correct, long lived females with extra rib. His dam lived until she was 16yrs old and was one of the foundation females at Howrey Angus, she always raised a strong, thrifty calf with zero headaches. Tubby bred naturally until age 11.
