Consent Agenda

Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards

1. Completion Letter with Northwest Control Company, Inc for the Temporary Chiller Rental/Installation in the Hall of Justice. Total cost is $182,907.99 including Washington State Sales Tax.

2. Interagency Reimbursement Agreement between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts to reimburse for the extraordinary costs of presentencing and vacating sentences as required by State v. Blake.

3. Amendment to extend the date of the original contract from Wahkiakum County to house juveniles from their counties in the Cowlitz Co. Juvenile Detention Facility.

4. Amendment to extend the date of the original contract from Pacific County to house juveniles from their counties in the Cowlitz Co. Juvenile Detention Facility.

Resolution

5. Budget Stabilization Fund Policy to outline all the conditions to use the Rainy-Day fund or Budget Stabilization Fund.

6. Resolution for the County Road Project No. 804, Rose Valley Road Culvert Replacement Project to replace two existing culverts on Rose Valley Road at milepost 11.80. Total County Road Fund Allocation is $26,000 and total project cost is $80,000.
