482 German Martini Schuetzen 8.15x46R cal. 31”octagonal barrel with .50” flat front sight. Front ramp sight; rear tang sight. Beautifully engraved frame with scrolls in a floral desigh. Martinistyle action. Double-set triggers. Walnut stock and forearm, fleurs de lis checkering, with beautiful carving. All metal is sharp and crisp with nice dark plum look. Mechanically fine works very well. Stock and forearm are very good with dark uncleaned look. Bore is good and will clean to better. $1,500 - $2,500

483 European Double Rifle By J. Nowotny of Prague 11.15X60 R, 23.5” barrels, S/N 3362. Rounded action. Deep relief Engraved hunting scene’s on the sidelocks frame, action, butt plate trigger guard. Maker Marked in gold between barrels on the center of the rib, Nowotny of Prague. Gold bands on the breech and at the muzzle. Both triggers have sets. Underlever takedown. Open sights with a marbles rear sight and a blade front sight. Checkered pistol grip stock, smooth forearm. Bone inlays and Mother of pearl and rhinestone inlays are much later. Also included in lot are ammo old and reloads, Lee reloading dies, 2, boxes of 50 count bullets, 1, box of brass. Barrels retain most of the rust blue finish. Back-Action lock still retain some of the gilt finish. Long tag still retains some gilt finish. Stock and forearm has been skinned. Overall excellent. $2,000 - $3,000

484 **German Double Barrel Shotgun By Herm Eichorn & Sohne 20 gauge, 30” barrels, S/N 32457, 2.75” chamber, barrels have been modified for screw in chokes. Lop 14.25” with a 2.5” drop at the heel. Greener style frame with cross bolt locking system. Frame is highly engraved with panels of birds on the right side and on the left side with a fox running. Top of barrels engraved with maker’s name Herm Eichorn & Sohne. Checkered forearm with checkered pistol grip stock also a cheek piece. Horn butt plate and silver pistol grip cap. Equipped with sling swivels. Barrels retain most of the blue, no wear. Frame is finished in a European manner left in the grey with shadowed background. Stock and forearm are excellent. $2,500 - $3,500 208
