1020 German Zimmerstutzen Rifle .4mm caliber, 26” octagonal-to-fluted barrel. Top of barrel matted, marked in an oval panel Miller & Val Greiss Munchen. At the breech on the top flat marked M & M. On the left side of frame in the top corner near the breech marked D.R.G.M. Finely engraved frame with a panel of doe and fawn with a hawk flying above. On the right side a panel with stag and doe in the forest. Nicely scrolled engraving. Ram horn buttstock with fine checkering and carving. Forearm is nicely carved in oak leaf design. Barrel is finished in blue. The frame, lever, rear tang sight are case colored. This rifle retains almost all of the original finish. Stock has a couple of very minute mars. On a scale of 1-10 this is a 9.9. This is a fantastic rifle. $2,500 - $3,500
