275 Scarce Spread-Winged Eagle Political Campaign Torch Stamped brass, figural, spread-winged eagle oil font with brass threaded burners at top of each wing, with gimbaled mount for wood pole (lacking pole), unmarked, 9 in. wide x 12.5 in. high. While it has been suggested that these were used in W.H. Harrison’s 1840 run, most political collectors assign these eagle torches to Abraham Lincoln’s first campaign.
