Despite ongoing fears, our survey has shown the majority of businesses are optimistic about their outlook. 57% of our businesses are hoping to increase staffing levels, 60% are forecasting an increase in revenue and 45% of employers are anticipating an increase in profits perhaps showing an increasing resilience and positivity with the ability to cope with economic adversity.
