Southwest Healthcare Service’s EMS will be offering a Safe Sitter Class, Tuesday, June 24th from 8:45 am to 4 pm. This class teaches babysitters how to give CPR and proper child-care skills. This class has a limit of 16 students and participants must be 11 years of age. Please call the Ambulance Garage 523-3218 with any questions or to register.

An instructional class is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 for applicants who are not yet certified. Those applicants who become employed with our organization will be waived the class fee and will be financially compensated during the 3 week class. In addition, we offer benefits, as well as, paid time off and extended sick leave hours that can be earned by both full and part time employees after a 90-120 day orientation period.
