Do you prefer to wear your heart on your sleeve? We certainly do and so this month I am delighted to bring you an issue that is bursting with love. Since February is the month of romance, we thought it best to give you a little helping hand with any wedding planning that may need to be done. Our wedding special kicks off on page 22 with some divinely contemporary bridal couture. If you are planning on tying the knot then you will also find advice from our regular contributor, Personal Trainer Jodie Hart, on how to make sure that you fit into your wedding dress ahead of the big day (page 35). Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and, love it or hate it, some of us will be stuck for gift ideas this year.
