FURNITURE MAKERS

At first glance it seems, that on the global furniture market there is everything and much more than what we need to live comfortably. On closer inspection, demanding customers quickly notice that there could be much fewer, but better goods. This is the philosophy adopted in the development of the indoor and outdoor range of products. To be more functional, original and attractive as what is already available in the moment, that is the aim of the Mahogany Industries Team. Improving, discovering gaps in the range, filling them, making cultural and technological advances applicable to products was and is our motivation.

When we started developing products over 20 years ago, it was above all our own dissatisfaction with what the market offered or a gap we discovered, which inspired us with new ideas. Fundamentally, this has not changed until today. It has only been enriched by a great deal of experience and reliable partnerships with designers, engineers, dealers and suppliers. The bundled know-how is reflected in Mahogany Industries innovative power, product quality, reliability of supply and service. Discover for yourself Mahogany Industries wide range of products and find the perfect one for your individual needs.

MORE THAN JUST THE PRODUCT Logistics:

Consulting:

MIFL can rely on the infrastructure of international companies with excellent communications and transport networks. Fundamental to the strong supply chain is a transparent logistics network and professional local sourcing and purchasing. We also can rely on our own truck and car fleet which is maintained by our own mechanic.

We’re big enough to do the job, but small enough to work on a personal basis. We set store by personal contact in consulting and service. Our engineers and development specialists will translate your product requirements into complete solutions. They have the breadth of experience to take account of all production factors, from analyses to logistics.

Contract production:

Development:

We’re quick to exploit advances in technology and processes in order to shorten lead times in contract manufacturing. With the focus on our zero-defect goal, production processes are planned so that work pieces need not be repositioned between successive process steps.

Our yardstick for success is zero-defect products and end-to-end project support. The zero-defect approach starts with concept and consulting, covers design and development and includes all production and logistics steps. Customers use MIFL as an extended workbench in developing furniture components and assemblies.

Quality assurance:

Refurbishment:

Our Quality management systems and environmental audits all testify to our commitment to quality and the environment. And our use of advanced production systems starting with the timber, dried in our own kiln, up to the product, delivered to your home.

We also offer a restoration and repairing service. Your product will be reborn after a process of major maintenance or minor repair of your item, either aesthetically or mechanically and we prevent trouble from arising.
