Each unit is rebuilt with new bearings, races and seals. Plus each unit receives a new positraction clutch pack. A core deposit will be added to the price of the differential. This will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of a rebuildable core. A deduction on the core will apply for cracked cases, egg-shaped pinion shaft holes, broken ring gear bolts and broken gears. Note: Cores must be returned within three weeks of invoice date in order to qualify for any refund. Sorry, no exceptions. Cores must be complete and contain no broken parts to qualify for a full refund. Automatic transmission cars must be reprogrammed for speedometer change. GM LS Rear End Gear Oil You may hear a clunk and/
or clattter type noise from the rear of the vehicle while making turns. This condition may be caused by slip/stick of the posi-traction clutch plates due to insufficient limited-slip axle additive. As plates slip and stick, a jumping or jerking feel occurs accompanied by a clunk noise.
