You could order a size 12 and discover when it’s delivered that it’s equivalent to a size 10. “You can’t send it back, so it’s then a question of expensive alterations - or buying another dress altogether. There is also the potential addition of having to pay import tax. I have heard some horrific stories about the poor quality of dresses made in some countries.
