Alexiana Stump, Freshman, "I am so incredibly thankful for the donors because I know what a tough time most people are having economically, still they have a generous heart and are striving to help. It's encouraging to see that they are giving, knowing that God will provide or giving knowing that God has blessed them."

Eric Beaudoin, Sophomore, "I am grateful for the donations because they help improve our wonderful campus, and because they provide an opportunity to attend this school at less cost than if they hadn't donated. I enjoyed connecting with alumni because it helps me see how graduates can actually use their Cornerstone degrees in their careers. It gives me hope for my own future, that I will be able to apply my degree to a career, to make an impact on this world as a Follower of Christ." Thank you to our alumni, parents and friends!

Thankful for Legacy Donors

Thankful for Legacy Donors Undergraduate and GRTS students are thankful for you! Every year, undergraduate students gather with donors for the legacy dinner and GRTS students gather for a luncheon with their donors. The students are able to show their gratitude to the people who are assisting and encouraging them through financial support. Legacy Donors are impacting students more than just financially; they are able to help impact student’s lives for the kingdom of God. As students are touching the lives of others, they often share how God used their selfless acts of love and support to reveal Gods love to them. Students of Cornerstone University, Raya Rubino, Ian Grotenhuis and Aleka Thrash spoke on behalf of all the scholarship recipients and gave thanks to all the donors at the Legacy Dinner. Ian Grotenhuis, from Hilo, Hawaii, shared his gratefulness for the Megumu Masada Scholarship along with Aleka, from Las Vegas, Nevada, who would not have been able to attend Cornerstone University without the three scholarships she had been awarded. At the legacy luncheon, John VerBerkmoes shared an update of the positive happenings on campus. Matthew Boyle shared about the unique bonds formed over the past three years and the impact that will have on his ministry. Then, Bette Dickinson presented her art work, What Breathes Beneath Our Story, which has been installed in the Leon Wood Seminary building. You really need to visit and view it in person!

“I am thankful for faithful alumni, friends, corporations and organizations that support the university’s scholarships and endowment programs. Your gifts make you a leader in this important venture.” – Dr. Joe Stowell Thank you Legacy Donors for being a partner with us!
