Then, to help prequalify you, I’ll ask for information about employment, earnings, savings, etc. You’ll be asked to provide documentation such as W-2s, recent pay stubs, income tax returns. And, I’ll check your credit report. All your information is kept confidential. I’ll use this information to see if you qualify for a mortgage and determine which loan options best suit your financial objectives.
