Envosafe Secure Mailing Bags
The original postal bag made from Kraft paper filled with paper fibres giving excellent padded protection. The bottom flap is double glued for extra strength and safety. All bags have a self-adhesive strip for ease of closure.
Envosafe Secure Mailing Bags have an oyster kraft outer which is almost twice as strong as the standard envosafe outer. The combination of strong kraft outer, bubble lining, self-seal lip, strong side and bottom welds make these bags ideal for goods requiring extra mailing protection.

Cut Polystyrene Fittings Expanded Polystyrene can be cut to any shape or size to suit the requirements of the individual item to be packed. Flat sheets, blocks, or hollowed out blanks to securely accommodate your product are all supplied to customer specification. Polystyrene is lightweight, meaning carriage costs can be kept to a minimum and cut pieces are ideal for the small user as minimum quantities are low.
Postal Tubes Spiral wound cardboard postal tubes are manufactured from quality kraft paper and are ideal for mailing plans, charts, posters and prints etc. Supplied with plastic end plugs for added security.

No-Nail Plywood Cases This specialist technology offers a unique packaging system. Strength and lightness make it the premier product for both national and international shipments. The cases are manufactured from 4mm or 5mm quality plywood, prefabricated and sewn together with cold rolled annealed steel. Being lightweight and immensely strong, no-nail cases are able to withstand arduous transportation whilst dramatically reducing freight costs compared with traditional timber packaging (in “flat-form” occupy only 10% of space of the equivalent wooden box) but they will carry up to 200 kgs in weight. Foam Packs
Foam Lined Boxes A range of foam lined diecut boxes available and ready to use. The profiled polyether foam is soft to touch and acts as an ideal packaging medium to hold small or delicate items whilst in transit. The diecut box is manufactured from high quality corrugated board, in an attractive self-locking style which is strong and requires no taping to seal.
A useful range of shell and slide cartons lined with soft profiled foam, ideal for shipping fragile and delicate items. The combination of corrugated board and soft profiled foam provides a high level of protection. Foam packs are easy to use - simply place product onto the foam lined shell and slide over the sleeve to provide a totally enclosed package.
These boxes are available with anti-static profiled foam, ideal for transportation of electronic components etc. Both types of foam have a 10mm base and 20mm rise.
